Cost and location

Simple hotel, comfy room, nice design. Everything was clean and modern. Good location next to the motorway, ideal for overnight stays. The hotel is in a "Gewerbegebiet", the city of Kassel is accessible only by car.

We have stayed at this low budget hotel previously and would like to stay longer. A special thanks to the decent staff. The location is good and excellent, close to a motorway. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is fresh.

Lovely buffet for breakfast, clean, neat, nice, helpful staff who spoke very decent English. Great coffee!

Nothing to complain about, although the Motel is nearby the motorway, inside it can hardly be heard. Thumbs up!

The hotel is beautifully kept, my go-to choice in Kassel. the breakfast is great value. the rooms are well-furnished with comfy beds. the staff is competent and friendly. the location is fantastic, close to the motorway junction and near the center of Kassel. There is a quiet atmosphere and an excellent restaurant within a gentle 10-15 minutes walk.

Neat and new-fashioned room with comfortable beds, air conditioning plus an excellent ' rain ' shower. Great breakfast, including bread and tea.

Unbeatable and convenient location to Kassel city center was a plus. What's more, it was adjacent to motorways, an industrial area near the highway and an excellent restaurant about 10-15 minutes gentle walk.

Pity, but the beds were uncomfortable.

The rooms were modern and had all the necessary amenities. the location was convenient, near the highway, making it easy to reach. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering guidance to nearby restaurants and ensuring a smooth check-in process. the soundproof rooms provided a peaceful and undisturbed stay.

The size of the blankets, which were a bit small and not sufficient for more than one person. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

As business travellers we are always changing our schedule by the hours due to sudden circumstances and clients demand. In our case, we expected to come at the night we booked but at the end we did'nt make it and arrive the other day. After midnight the hotel doesn't have a night concierge so we couldn't reach anyone. Beyond that, after 18.00 no cancelation is accepted. We were in Kassel that morning in the Motel to explain our situation and whether we can stay that night instead. But we were allready charged 90% for not showing up on time. Understandable but nevertheless very rigid and not csutomer friendly. We would gladly pay for the effort but 90% is just too much. They could offer us a discount for that night since we were allready in Kassel and took the effort to go to the Motel to explain. A missed chance.

The hotel met all my needs during an excellent stay on my road trip. My room was nicely styled and tidy, featuring an excellent "rain" shower. I appreciated having central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a study table. the staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating, resolving all my issues.

It was the cheapest option.

It was a fifteen minute taxi-ride away from the city centre, so the location was not great.
